1213 Pure Acrylic Tape

Our 1213 pure acrylic tape is a 1.1mm thick, grey with a red filmic release liner.

This Pure Acrylic Tape has been has a adhesive system which provides excellent UV and temperature resistance, making it ideal for demanding indoor and outdoor POS applications.

It will bond superbly to surfaces such as glass, polycarbonate, stainless steel, aluminium and a wide range of plastics.

1212 Pure Acrylic Tape

Our 1212 pure acrylic tape is a 1mm thick, clear with a red filmic release liner.

ProLINK 2000R

  • R adhesive class has good affinity to plastic (incl. perspex, acrylics, plexiglass & polycarbonate), painted and varnished surfaces.
  • Good initial tack, means that sub-assembled parts can be processed/assembled in situ more quickly.
  • No 72hr dwell recommendation on its use.
  • Very high adhesion to metals.
  • Liner removes very easily.
  • Highly transparent (alternate products can be cloudy or yellow). Good light transmission (for illuminated lettering etc.).
  • Will not yellow or discolour when exposed to UV, even after many years in situ.
  • Very good as a shock absorber (i.e. between metal sheets/frame to absorb vibration).
  • Equalises stress along the joint line (welding, screwing, rivets introduces focused points of stress).
  • Will not react with solvent, sealants or silicones.
  • Will not cloud or discolour plastics

FlexLINK 640R

  • R adhesive class has good affinity to plastic (incl. perspex, acrylics, plexiglass & polycarbonate).
  • Higher initial tack than most acrylic foams means that sub-assembled parts can be processed/assembled in situ more quickly.
  • No 72hr dwell recommendation on its use.
  • FlexLINK is more efficient as gap-filling medium and for uneven surfaces.
  • Liner removes very easily.
  • Single coated product (many acrylic foams have non-adhesive core or kernel, that is then coated. This sacrifices performance and risks delamination or splitting of the foam under stress).
  • Will not react with solvent, sealants or silicones.
  • Will not cloud or discolour plastics.

ProLINK 1000R
